Getting Started

Switch between English and Arabic

What this does

Changes the language of your own account. Menus, buttons, printed documents and this manual follow your choice, and Arabic switches the whole interface to right-to-left.

Steps

    Click your avatar at the top right and choose My Profile.

    Open the Preferences tab.
  3. 03
    Pick your Language.
  4. 04
    Save, then reload the page — the whole interface follows.

What follows your language, and what does not

  • Follows you — menus, field labels, buttons, manual articles, and the layout direction.
  • Follows the customer, not you — quotations, invoices and emails are produced in the language set on the customer's contact record.
  • Follows nobody — data you typed. A profile description entered in English stays English for every reader.

Important

If a customer should receive Arabic documents, set the language on their contact record — not on your own profile. Sending an Arabic-speaking customer an English quotation is a contact setting, never a translation fault.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting colleagues to change too. Language is per account; everyone picks their own.
  • Reporting "the system is in English" when the missing setting is on the contact, not the user.
  • Switching language mid-edit. Save first — a reload discards anything unsaved.
