Draw the window.
The whole factory follows.

One system for uPVC and aluminium fabricators — from the first phone call to the warranty visit five years later. Draw a unit once, and the quantities, the price, the cut list, the work orders, the labels, the fitter's checklist and the invoice all come out of that same drawing.

Live system

Not one pixel on this site is a mock-up.

Every screen and every clip here was captured from a WindoorERP database holding real orders, real drawings, real cut lists and real serial numbers. No illustrations, no renderings, no invented interfaces. If a screen appears on this site, you can open it yourself in the demo.

The whole journey

Ten stops. Six departments. One record.

Most systems cover two or three of these and leave you to bridge the rest with spreadsheets and WhatsApp. This one runs the lot, and every stop reads the record the stop before it wrote.

Ten stops, six departments, one database. Nothing is re-typed at any handover.
The moment it clicks

One drawing.
194 costed components.

This is a real unit from a real order. Somebody drew it — a frame, a transom, a tilt-and-turn sash, a fixed light, a side light — and pressed save. That is the entire human contribution to what you see beside it.

The system then read the geometry and produced every frame bar cut to length with its mitre angles, every sash bar, every glass pane with its serial and area, every glazing bead, every mullion, every piece of hardware resolved from the chosen series — grouped, costed and ready to buy, cut and build.

  • Nobody typed a quantity. So nobody can mistype one.
  • Change a dimension and it all recomputes — with the previous version kept, not overwritten.
  • It exports as a schedule your buyer and your workshop can both work from.

Recorded, not rendered

Watch it actually run.

Silent screen recordings from a live tenant. Nothing sped up, nothing cut together, nothing re-drawn.

13s
The order, opened — a plain order line turns into the unit itself: the drawing, the profile, the colours, the glass build-up, the sill height
14s
What the system read — the same unit broken into frame bars, glass panels and hardware — every row derived, none typed
14s
The cut list — a generated plan with its optimiser results, per-bar patterns, and the files that go to the saw
9s
The designer — a saved unit loading at full drawing detail, straight from its order line
What is in the box

Everything a window factory actually needs.

Not a list of modules to buy later. This is what is switched on the day you start.

💼

Sales pipeline

Enquiries from any source become opportunities with a location, an owner and a survey visit already scheduled — with the technical project opened at the same moment.

📐

Site survey on a phone

A fast pass for the sales visit and a five-step precision pass before production. Floor by floor, photo and laser per opening, and a variance check against what was quoted.

✏️

Window & door designer

Fixed, casement, sliding, tilt-and-turn, arched, folding, curtain wall, mesh and Georgian bars — drawn by touch or mouse, viewed in 3D, printed at A4 to A1.

🧮

Automatic take-off

Every bar, pane, bead and fitting measured from the drawing itself, matched to your catalogue and costed — with a schedule you can hand to a buyer.

🏷️

Your own catalogue

Profile systems, glass build-ups with U-values and safety ratings, hardware brands and series, sets by application, and a colour library with real swatches.

💰

Pricing & progress billing

Formula-driven pricing with volume breaks and margin floors, and progress certificates with advances, retention and deductions that a main contractor will recognise.

🏭

Production control

Orders with scheduling, merge and split, a live view of equipment effectiveness and waste, downtime causes, and a planner for laying out the shop itself.

♻️

Cutting & off-cuts

Bar and sheet nesting with kerf, trim and a reusable threshold. Usable remainders return to stock with a location and get offered first on the next plan.

📟

Shop-floor terminal

Badge or PIN in, see only the stations you are qualified on, act piece by piece, call a manager, print a label. No mouse, no keyboard, no seat licence per station.

🔧

Installation tracking

Dispatch with overlap warnings, work packages, per-unit action stages you define, a fitter's phone app that works offline, and snags that block the handover.

🛠️

After-sales & warranty

Warranty registered against each serial at handover, service requests triaged, on-site orders with the materials they consume, and maintenance contracts.

📚

The manual, built in

120 topics, guided routes that walk a new user end to end, and editable maps of your own departments — searchable in the system and published on the web.

Your customers and your crews
do not need a seat.

One portal, many doors. A customer follows their orders, downloads their invoices and pays. A surveyor picks up their assigned visits. A fitter ticks off site work and hands over. An operator opens the shop-floor terminal. All of it from a browser, none of it needing an internal licence.

  • Customers — orders, invoices, payments, service requests
  • Surveyors — their assigned site visits, measured on a phone
  • Installers — the day's jobs, unit by unit, offline capable
  • Operators — the production terminal, from any tablet on the floor

Foundations

Your industry on top.
A grown-up ERP underneath.

The parts of an ERP that are dull to build and painful to get wrong — double-entry accounting, stock moves, purchasing, payroll, multi-company, multi-currency, access rights, a full audit trail — are already there, already proven and already maintained.

So your configuration time goes on profile systems and hardware rules, not on chart-of-accounts plumbing.
