Eight stages, from the gate to the site
- Incoming material, after cutting, after welding, glazing, hardware, final, pre-dispatch and delivery
- Yes/no, pass/fail, a measurement with tolerances, a pick list, or a required photo

- A checklist that was never loaded cannot be evaluated — the hole that would let empty answers pass a gate

- A failed blocking check holds the item and raises a non-conformance
- A held item's operations refuse to become ready or to start
- Pre-dispatch quality blocks loading; delivery quality blocks the transfer
Non-conformances that name who may decide
- Eight dispositions, each with an automated action and a minimum authority
- Use-as-is stamps a signed concession
- Hold-for-feedback carries a deadline, and a job re-escalates it
On site, in the language the crew reads
- Checklists written by the office without a developer
- Question text and inspector guidance both translatable
- Measurements with tolerance and the deviation recorded
- A failure re-opens the earlier steps the crew must redo, and blocks handover until it is closed
